  • How are the charges for orders displayed on my credit card statement?

    Your order will display with the name KumaraCreationsStore on your statement.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and also checks that can be mailed to the address below.

  • How long will delivery take?

    Depending on the product you are ordering the delivery time will vary. We strive to ship all orders out by the next business day if possible.

    Also, some products will be created after the order is placed, so that will add 1 to 3 weeks to the delivery time. For these types of products, there will be a notice on the product page leting you know what you can expect in regards to delivery time.

  • How secure is shopping on this site? Is my data protected?

    We use a SSL/TSL certificate created by RSA SHA-256 algorithm using a 2048 key bit size, so you can shop with peace of mind.

    To be extra safe, we recommend the following the normal online shopping guidelines:

    • Look for the lock icon in the URL bar to make sure the site is using the SSL/TSL cert.
    • Make sure the site URL is the correct one, i .e it is the correct spelling and format.
    • Never submit private information such as username/password, and personal information on any site via a public WIFI or network.
    • Routinely run anti-virus and Malware scans on your computer.
  • What exactly happens after ordering?

    You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at the checkout process, this email will contain basic order information.
    When you order is shipped, you will receive an order shipped email containing the tracking number for the package(s).
    Once the order has arrived to the mailing address you provided you will receive an order delivery email letting you know your package is waiting for you at your mailbox.
  • Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    You will receive a PDF invoice of your order via the email address you provided during the checkout process.
