Who is Kumara Creations?

In their instructions through Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, the ascended masters have revealed a groundbreaking, practical path of spiritual initiation and heavenly sponsorship that each of us can follow back to our ultimate reunion with God. Our mission at Kumara Creations is to offer spiritual tools to help seekers first discover and then assimilate the incredible teachings of the ascended masters – whether it be through an app, a YouTube video or a calendar.

All of the concepts and principles discussed by us here at Kumara Creations – whether through our products at our bookstore or on Ascended Masters 101, our YouTube channel – are based upon the teachings of the ascended masters as delivered through their messengers, Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet. In fact, it is the mission of Kumara Creations to do our part in sharing these teachings with the world.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges is another term for shipping and handing.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Send us a support message with your order number and the address you would like to have the address updated to. We will confirm the address update by contacting you.

What if I need to modify my order?

Send us a support message with your order number and what you would like to modify your order to. We will then contact you with your order update information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order, we will start processing it to get it ready to take to our shipping provider. We work to process every order as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing a delay, we’ll reach out to you with an update.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Every order generates an invoice. You’ll receive one in your confirmation email and also as an attachment to the email.

Can I return a physical product I bought?

We do offer returns if by chance the package arrived damaged. Please head over to our support center and submit a ticket. This will help us process your return much more quickly.

How long will delivery take?

A typical order is processed in the same day that the order enters our system. After that it takes 3 to 5 business days for US domestic orders to arrive and between 2 to 3 weeks for international orders.

How to get a refund?

Send us a support message with your order number. We will then contact you with information about how to get a refund.

I lost my password, how to login?

How do I cancel my sponsorship?

Head over to your My Account dashboard and what you’ll be looking for is under the Subscriptions tab.

Here you’ll select your subscription. You’ll find the cancel button. Follow the prompts and you’ll be all set.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks. If you prefer this option, we ask that you contact us first and we’ll work with you to create the order. We are also looking into accepting crypto currencies like Bitcoin and Etherium. If you’d like to use these currencies, please contact us.

Payments How secure is the online shop? Is my data protected?

We use Stripe as our main payment gateway. All of your credit card data is processed through Stripe’s secure servers, never touching any of our systems. All we see is a hash (a long string of numbers) that connects the order between Stripe’s systems and ours.

What happens with my personal data?

We do not sell any of your information to marketers or any third parties.
